Innovation leads the way – Indian cooking on induction
Creativity and innovation were the buzz words at the all-electric lunch hosted by the GCC in Melbourne this week. The event, held at Elchi restaurant, was designed to introduce the newest members of the Coalition - property company ISPT and ambassador chef Manpreet Sekhon.

Touted as the ‘leading trade event for the food industry, Fine Food is really the place where you can see the direction the food and hospitality industry is headed and this year, the growth in the number of exhibitors focussed on induction cooking was widely recognised.
