Innovation leads the way – Indian cooking on induction
Creativity and innovation were the buzz words at the all-electric lunch hosted by the GCC in Melbourne this week. The event, held at Elchi restaurant, was designed to introduce the newest members of the Coalition - property company ISPT and ambassador chef Manpreet Sekhon.

The secret weapon to survive a kitchen renovation
I’m going to be renovating my house soon and for at least one week (probably more!?) I’ll have no access to my usual kitchen appliances with the exception of an old fridge that lives in the garage. Initially we thought our family of four would just have to make do with barbeques and salad (cue loud teenage whining), but it turns out we just had to get on board the portable induction train.

On Monday 3rd June 2024 we mark the UK launch of a unique coalition of global property companies, world-renowned chefs, public health and climate experts calling for an accelerated move away from cooking with fossil fuels to transition to healthier, affordable and safer electric kitchens – powered by renewable energy.
